About Us: Our client is actively seeking an associate to join our esteemed Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice in either our New York. The Finance & Restructuring team offers comprehensive and strategic legal guidance across a spectrum of bankruptcy and financial matters, including corporate debt restructurings and associated litigation. We are in search of candidates with 2-5 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring.

Key Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience.
• Outstanding writing skills and academic background.
• Proficiency in managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of bankruptcy and financial matters.
• Contribute to corporate debt restructurings and handle related litigation matters.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver integrated and strategic solutions.
