Astral Legal have partnered with an International Law firm as they are recruiting for a In-House Commercial Lawyer. This role is an In-House position sitting in the General Counsel's team.

The duties of the In-House Commercial Lawyer will be to:

Work closely with the legal team handling commercial contracts the firm has entered into, or is proposing to enter into
Direct contact with the supplier to negotiate and finalise the contracts, you will handle all amendments
Instruct and direct contact with the client's team to negotiate and finalise all contracts
Manage the client contracts review and supplier procurement processes and identify and implement improvements to commercial contracts
Supervise the recording of contracts (administrative assistance will be available)
Participate in internal training as identified
Working with the wider In-House legal team to update processes and procedures In-House.

The ideal In-House Commercial Lawyer will be between 0-3 years PQE but also non qualified Commercial Contract professionals will be considered.
