New Senior Associate opportunity for a leading international firm within their Cyber / Incident response team. The firm have a fully fledged, international full service Data Privacy, Cyber & Technology team and are now seeking specific Cyber & Incident response as part of their global strategy.
The firm are seeking are highly skilled legal professionals with a passion for navigating the complex landscape of cyber security and global data breaches for our multinational clientele. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of cyber law, providing comprehensive and tailored legal solutions across the globe.
If you're in a broad Data Privacy or Tech role and your practice is c50% Cyber/Incident response then the firm are open to Associates/Senior Associates who are keen to specialise.
Your Role:
- Global Incident Advisor: Offer expert guidance to multinational clients on managing and responding to cross-border cyber security incidents and data breaches, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
- Cyber Resilience: Counsel clients on building robust cyber resilience frameworks, from proactive risk management and incident response planning to post-incident recovery strategies, delivering a holistic client service.
- Regulatory Compliance Consultant: Advise clients on their reporting obligations to data protection regulators, navigating the complexities of compliance with confidence.
- Collaborative Expertise: Work in tandem with our esteemed non-contentious regulatory cyber security/data protection team, providing a seamless, full-service approach to our global client base.
- Claims and Liability Mitigation Strategist: Support clients in mitigating the impact of claims or other liabilities arising from cyber incidents, safeguarding their interests and reputation.
Person requirements
- 4 PQE+ - UK or common law admission - open to relocation of candidates
- Demonstrable experinece on Cyber & Incident response related matters
