An outstanding opportunity for a mid level IP Litigation associate (3 to 6 PQE) to join a prominent US firm in London. Globally renowned, the firm offer fantastic cross border capabilities in a full service IP practice. The role is Disputes focused (with a splattering of non-contentious matters should you wish). Due to upcoming trials in both Patents & Trade Mark matters, the team are looking to bolster their capability by bringing in a mid level associate.

Your Role:
- Primarily you will work on a mix of contentious of IP matters, across patents, copyrights, trademarks, database rights, domain names, and trade secrets.
- Other matters include Trade Mark Prosecution, Trade Mark Filing,domain name squatting disputes.
- The practice covers a spectrum of sectors such as Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), retail, aviation, financial services, and life sciences
Person requirement
- 3 to 6 years PQE, UK admission (preferable) although other common law jurisdictions admissions will be considered.
- Oxford IP diploma course is also highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience working across Patents & "Soft IP" disputes & matters, although specialist in either area will be considered.
- Flexible to work across a range of contentious matters.
