Fantastic new opportunity for an IP Transactions Associate/Senior Associate 4 PQE+ to join an international firm in their dynamic (& growing) IP practice in London.

Although the role will primarily focus on IP related aspects of M&A transactions and advising on complex IP licenses, R&D and Collaboration agreements and other non contentious IP matters - there is also scope to be involved in contentious matter pertaining to IP.

The IP practice advises on all IP rights & has a considerable reputation locally & internationally for Transactions, advisory & Litigation matters. Life Sciences & pharmaceutical clients of all sizes form a large portion of the client base, they also support high-profile consumer, retail & technology clients.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Lawyer with 4 years PQE - open to lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions
- Demonstrable experience working on IP Transactions
- Experience of drafting & negotiating complex IP licenses
- Experience with Life Science & Pharmaceutical clients is preferable but not a necessity.
