A well known UK law firm is looking to hire a Professional Support Lawyer into their Structured Finance & Derivatives team in HK.
This role supports a highly dynamic practice and will involve a high degree of responsibility in:
- coordinating knowledge and learning activities across the Firm in respect of some rapidly evolving areas of law and policy;
- analysing legal and policy developments for relevance to the Firm's clients, transactions and business development activities; and
- preparing and delivering internal and external-facing knowhow, articles and delivering training and other communications.
They require:
- Familiarisation with derivatives
- Common Law qualified Lawyer
- 3+ years of post qualification experience
- Strong communication abilities in English
