Astral Legal have partnered with a leading infrastructure operator who supply broadband and telecommunications services into market leaders within the UK.

The Associate Legal Counsel will support on a broad variety of commercial workstreams including strategic projects, corporate and commercial transactions, litigation, light M&A and generally supporting the full spectrum of in-house legal work.

There is scope to get involved with work which both aligns to a candidate's previous experience as well as the opportunity to develop skills in new areas of law.
The Associate Legal Counsel will work alongside and support more senior lawyers in the team, working with senior stakeholders offering Legal advice to the business.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Lawyer ideally between 0-3 years PQE, my client will look at candidates from both In-House and Private Practice.
