Leveraged Finance Associate

Our client is a well established law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina who are expanding their finance team. The firm have a high sophistication level of work, yet manage to enjoy a good level of work life balance.

Role Overview: Work alongside experienced attorneys on complex financial transactions. Your role involves legal research, drafting documents, and collaborating with clients and teams for strategic solutions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, licensed with the North Carolina State Bar.
• 2+ years' experience in leveraged finance, corporate finance, or banking law.
• Strong grasp of financial concepts and excellent communication skills.
