Our client, a reputable legal firm in the industry, is seeking a skilled Managing Associate to join their team. This is a permanent position within their Legal department.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee legal matters related to Acquisition / Leveraged Finance.
- Provide expertise in Structured Finance and Securitisation.
- Assist with drafting and negotiating critical legal documents.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure legal compliance.
- Handle complex legal cases and provide sound advice to clients.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Acquisition / Leveraged Finance/Structured Finance and Securitisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ABility to exectue deals with minimal support
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Common Law qualified laywer
